A cut-and-sewn poncho that covers the body and a loaded pack in one, packing to 0.5 L. Repellent finish, generous cut, and a completely honest warning: on a bicycle a loose poncho is a hazard, so we grade it as not advised for cycling rather than quietly leaving the grade blank.
